About the Program

Eight Branches offers different programs for Canadian and US students, as well as two offerings for delivery method.

Students must choose their delivery format as well as our Canadian or USA program depending on where students intend to practice upon graduation.

Delivery Formats

Hybrid Program

Students enrolled in the Hybrid Acupuncture & Moxibustion Diploma Program have hybrid semesters, meaning that each semester students have online and in-person classes and clinics for the duration of their studies.

Split-Hybrid Program

Students enrolled in the Split-Hybrid Acupuncture & Moxibustion Diploma Program have the flexibility to begin the program entirely online and complete their in-person practical classes in their second or third year during a 5-month intensive period in Toronto. The timing of these in-person courses will depend on their term of enrolment, but all practical courses will fall within 5 months in the spring and summer semesters.

All of our programs have three intakes: Fall, Winter and Spring. Our program hours remain the same, however the duration may change based on intake. For more information on admissions deadlines and term start dates, please visit our admissions page.
