Eligibility: Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of foundational Gua Sha techniques and underlying theory.

Gua Sha, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) technique, involves repeated pressed strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth-edged tool. It encourages new oxygenated blood and vital energy to flow to the treated areas, promoting metabolic cell repair, regeneration, healing, and recovery. About the Instructor: Christine Yang
Christine Yang, R.Ac. & R.TCMP, graduated from Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine. Her Gua Sha skills were refined through advanced training with Master Li in China. Master Li dedicated his life to applying Gua Sha techniques to treat a wide range of conditions. His clinical practice, along with the long-standing tradition of TCM practitioners throughout history, demonstrates the strong therapeutic effectiveness of Gua Sha.
